To All the Women

You are one strong individual. The only thing standing in between you and your dreams is yourself. We all dream and believe in ourselves, but sometimes, it is difficult to start pursuing those. No matter what you are going after – making your passion your full-time job, a new career, a fitness goal – the biggest and the scariest step is the initial one.

We never have things figured out. So, waiting for the right moment to come might be mission impossible. Rather, take a leap of faith and go for it now. If anything, you’ll learn that it wasn’t for you. Though, I doubt that.

I’m sure everything you’re doing is building confidence in yourself to be the best version that you can be.

Make yourself accountable for telling your closest friends what your dreams are and how you’re going to reach them. By knowing, they will be able to stand by your side more firmly.

You stand for so much in this world. Yes, we might be small, but being able to raise the next generation is no small deal. I know, women have been doing it ever since the beginning of time. But now, more than ever, we need to juggle all the aspects of our lives and let alone, be successful at them all.

We need to build strength, whether it is the power of standing up for ourselves, building our careers, or stepping outside of our comfort zone to foster our personal growth and development.

There are times in our lives when we need to leave things behind, and I know it is not easy. The thought of changing the environment in which we live and all the knowns for something we are not sure how is going to look like and make us feel is paralyzing in itself. I’ve been there a couple of times.

The card boxes, the dust that comes with things you haven’t used in a really long time, and the goodbyes of things that are not going to serve you anymore are all more daunting that they are inviting.

While we know it might come with some hard goodbyes, it can be the best thing to rip the band-aid away and proudly step onto the next thing. There are obviously a million different thoughts going through our minds and bodies. But once you rest, you should know that the decisions you’ve made are the right ones.

Don’t downplay your strengths. Don’t settle for anything less than your worth.

Don’t limit yourself from being fierce, making the move, asking the question, and standing up for yourself.

Ultimately, one thing that always brings strength out of you is pulling up a pair of yoga pants that make you feel the most flattering. Scout out a short energy-pumping and sweat-drenching routine from any of the online platforms or apps. Find a quiet and sturdy place for your mat. Blast some uplifting music and get your moves on even if it’s a short dance routine. Make it something that uplifts your spirits and all your thoughts will feel clearer and your goals more attainable.
